ENG: Since November 2016 the Gemeentemuseum in The Hague is hosting one of the most amazing exhibitions for all fashion lovers – “Hubert de Givenchy – To Audrey With Love”. The exhibition gives a unique insight into Givenchy’s career from the opening of his fashion house in 1952 until his retirement in 1995.

Even though the winter has not yet given it’s credentials to spring, the new spring-summer collections are actively hitting the stores.

I think many of you will agree that yearly collaboration of H&M with designer brands are one of the most awaited fashion events of the year. As we know these limited edition collections are normally sold out within hours.
Last year when Balmain collection hit the stores, I entered H&M 15 minutes after its opening (because of a big line) and everything was already sold out!
This year I have decided to stay home and try to purchase it online. This “strategy” was more successful 🙂

Continuing the serie of styling one item in different ways, here is my new creation. This time it is a black dress by COS. As usual the first version is more casual teamed with sporty shoes, white flower-print tights and a small shoulder bag, while second version is more elegant – teamed wedge shoes and big bright flower necklace.
On the 14th of June the famous Pitti Immagine Uomo fashion trade fair marked its 90th edition in Florence, Italy. For four days Florence turned into the fashion capital of the world attracting fashion professionals from all over the world. Last week I visited the “ODE TO DUTCH FASHION” exhibition at the Gemeentemuseum in The Hague. Apparently it is the biggest overview on Dutch designs ever presented, so let’s have a look what it is all about.
The exhibition showcases Dutch fashion from 1900 till nowadays. It is divided into ten key themes that cover all aspects of Dutch fashion revealing its typical characteristics namely clean lines, sharp geometric patterns and unusual contrasts. Continue Reading
